Psalm 50:15 ... And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
When
trouble comes, the people of this world take pride in figuring out what
to do by their own reasoning, by their own mind. And if it works, they
become even more puffed up in their wisdom and think themselves to be
invincible.
We who are of God, know we can't handle
these troubles when they come and we cry out to God for help. Then when
help comes we glorify God for we know it was God who showed us what to
do in the trouble.
