Scriptures for meditating from today's writing

I want to get scripture more deeply inside me and I know we can do that by meditating throughout the day on key scriptures.

I have gone through this writing today and have selected various scriptures today that are especially meaningful to me at this point in time.  I have grouped those scriptures together.  And have sent them by email to myself so when I open my email throughout that day, those scriptures will be there and this will give me more opportunity to think on those scripture and do them.

You might want to make your own list of scriptures that stands out to you from today's writing.  That makes them so personal to your needs.

Psalm 72:14    HE shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence:

I Peter 4:17  For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God.

Ezekiel 9   I will recompense their way upon their head.

Revelation 16:5-6   THOU art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because THOU hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and THOU hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

Revelation 16:7  Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are THY judgments.

Revelation 16    to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of HIS wrath.

I Corinthians 11:29-30   For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.

For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

Philippians 4:1    stand fast in the Lord ...

Philippians 4:4  Rejoice in the Lord always ...

Philippians 4:13   I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Philippians 4:19   But my God shall supply all your need...

Joshua 1:9   Have not I commanded thee?  Be strong and of a good courage, be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed:  for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

II Timothy 1    I am not ashamed: for I know WHOM I have believed, and am persuaded HE is able ...

Ephesians 4:11-12   And HE gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

II Thessalonians 2:10-12   And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Psalm 73:28

It is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all Thy works.

*****

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

When we pray, we are saying to God, "I trust YOU."

I Peter 4:1-2

Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

*****

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

We "suffer in the flesh" each time we make our own flesh suffer refusing to do the will of the flesh.

The flesh wants to do something.  It is contrary to scripture.  We say, "NO, you cannot do that."

Our flesh suffers when we do not allow it to do what it wants to do.

God taught me this several years ago.  I had been meditating on the following scripture.

Ephesians 4:29    Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Edify:  to build in faith in God; to cause others to glorify God.

I was at my neighbor's house during the USA presidential election season.  I wanted very much to ask, "And what do you think about such & such."  (Really I just wanted an opening to tell what I thought.)

But I had been studying Ephesians 4:29 ...

I knew my question would not bring about edification, causing neighbors to glorify God.

The temptation was so great to speak what I wanted to speak, what my own flesh wanted to speak.

But the scripture won out and controlled me and kept my flesh from speaking.

As a result, I found I was suffering in the flesh, not allowing my flesh to do what it wanted to do.

When we control our own flesh through prayer or scripture, we "mortify" the flesh ... kill  the  flesh.

Colossians 3:1-6    If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with Him in glory.

Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

*****

Our flesh wants to do the works of the flesh:

Galatians 5:19-21     Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft (living in various superstitions), hatred, variance (to vary: argue, debate), emulations (win out over others, compete thus exalt oneself), wrath (revenge), strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

When we keep our flesh from doing what it wants, we suffer in the flesh.

God stops us ... But the lust of our hearts can overrule

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

A woman showed rebellion against correction from God and as a result did much damage against the ministry of God.  In spite of this, I was brought in to help her in a potentially dangerous situation.

She had purchased a puppy which had to be air shipped from California to Texas.  I wanted very much to see that puppy and had told her I would go to the airport with her to pick up puppy.

But prior to arrival date, she showed her rebellion against the word of God.

I suspected God would not approve of my going with her.

I asked God what HE wanted me to do.  I asked HIM to give me concrete example which would make HIS will firm to me.

He caused me to see a scripture.

Ezekiel 3:25    But thou, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among them:

This woman has a way of drawing you into her project, thus putting a band upon various people.

I felt God was saying to me don't go with her to get puppy.

*****

The puppy arrived on March 29, 2018, at 11:30 pm.

I was concerned.

This woman is 69-years-old and has difficulty seeing at night when driving.  The highway to airport usually has much construction.  She has difficulty with direction even when she is in an area of town where she lives and the airport is about 15 miles north of Lubbock and on partial country road.  One can easily get lost going there.

I talked to God about this.

I felt I could not go with her because of her rebellion against the Word of God the previous week and because of the scripture I had been given in Ezekiel 3:25.

The late hour, 11:30 p.m., prohibited my asking another woman to go with her.

As I continued to consider this issue, I had a concept which I believed to be the answer to the problem.

James 1:5   If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

The idea of getting a limousine to pick her up and take her to airport and bring her and puppy back home came into my mind.  I was happy and satisfied this would be a proper and safe way to go out to this airport at this hour of the night.

Of course I still wanted to go to see the puppy.  But to reject the word I had been given and to go another way in order to do what I wanted to do would have been like Balaam who rejected the word of God in order to get what he wanted.

I did not ask God if I could go for God had already made it clear to me that I was not to go.

Consider the sin of Balaam:

Numbers 22

And the children of Israel set forward, and pitched in the plains of Moab on this side Jordan by Jericho.

2 And Balak the son of Zippor saw all that Israel had done to the Amorites.

3 And Moab was sore afraid of the people, because they were many: and Moab was distressed because of the children of Israel.

4 And Moab said unto the elders of Midian, Now shall this company lick up all that are round about us, as the ox licketh up the grass of the field. And Balak the son of Zippor was king of the Moabites at that time.

5 He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the son of Beor to Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they abide over against me:

6 Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.

7 And the elders of Moab and the elders of Midian departed with the rewards of divination in their hand; and they came unto Balaam, and spake unto him the words of Balak.

8 And he said unto them, Lodge here this night, and I will bring you word again, as the LORD shall speak unto me: and the princes of Moab abode with Balaam.

9 And God came unto Balaam, and said, What men are these with thee?

10 And Balaam said unto God, Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, hath sent unto me, saying,

11 Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them; peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and drive them out.

12 And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.

But Balaam wanted the rewards the king would give him.  However he would have to go against the Word of God if he did that which the king wanted.  "Maybe God would change HIS mind and would let him go and curse this people" ... so he would ask God again to see if he could go do this.

Balaam asked God again if he could go ... God turned Balaam over to his own desire and allowed him to go with the king of Moab but God did not allow Balaam to curse HIS people.

Balaam went through many needless efforts and ended up losing the reward he desired from king of Moab and Balaam also lost reward with God and ended up being slain by the servants of God.

A "fear of the Lord" was lacking in Balaam.  A fear of the Lord causes us to know God's way is the way to go regardless of our personal desire.  By a fear of the Lord, we are afraid to go any other way for inwardly we know God knows the best way for us.

God will stop us from going in a way that does injury to us if we will heed HIS word.

But our own desire could cause us to twist the Word into a way where there seems to be a loophole to that word.

Churches do this all the time concerning the instructions given concerning divorce/remarriage in the church.

*****

Matthew 5:32    Jesus says:  whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

I Corinthians 7:10-11   And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:  But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

*****

When you change the scripture and explain  away godly doctrines, you eat and drink damnation unto yourself and you become one of the many antichrists operating inside the church.

John, the apostle, explains to us that there are many antichrists.  (antichrist:  opposite to the Word of God, thus against Christ, the Word.)

I John 2:18    Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

*****

Antichirst in the churches:

II Thessalonians 2:3-4

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

(Man will "fall away" from scripture and by that he, the man of sin who fell away from scripture, is revealed.)

Who opposeth
(God, The Word) and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Instead of scripture ruling over him, he rules over scripture, changing scripture to suit himself, explaining away the meaning of specific verses to allow his own desire in the matter at hand to take place, thus becoming one of the many antichrists in the churches.

God shows us the right way to go ... our own desire can override God's way.

But it damns us.

God will even delude the person who goes against scripture to the point he cannot be turned back to God's way.

*****

II Thessalonians 2     And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

The Word of God must be more important to us than our own desire.

I wanted to complain but Philippians 4:6 finally won out over me

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Recently I had to bring correction to a woman and she fought me so hard that after it was over all I wanted to do was complain to God.

Finally I was reading something and Philippians 4:6 appeared in the text of that which I was reading:

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

I quickly read past that scripture, wanting to avoid it.  But I sort of peeked.  I was still grumbling to God over that which this woman had done and had said.  I peeked again a little longer this time at Philippians 4:6.

Then I said to God something like, "I don't want to do this scripture but I will."

I started trying to let my request in the matter be known unto God.

What did I want God to do about this woman?

I really wasn't sure what I wanted God to do.  I didn't know what "my request" was.

Not long ago, Pam Padgett's two dogs got her electric heated throw and chewed one of the electric wires, destroying Pam's favorite throw.  Pam said something like, "I'll think of a way to get even with them."

Immediately I remembered how God said:  "Vengeance is MINE.  I will repay."

I could imagine Pam saying:  "OH, NO, Lord ... don't do anything to my dogs."

So what did I want God to do in the case of this woman.

I had to think about what "my request" was for several minutes.

I'm sure it was modified considerably remembering Pam's real feeling toward her dogs.

Reports: Asking God For Wisdom #17

Pam Padgett ... member of body of Christ

While updating the ministry books last year, I was working upstairs and didn't use the TV and sound system downstairs. During this time there was a power outage and I shutdown and unplugged each component in the sound system. (power surges after outages have damaged some components in the past, even though everything is plugged into surge protectors.)  Since I wasn't using the system I left it unplugged.

Then when I again wanted to turn on the TV downstairs, 3-4 months later, I used just the TV, by-passing the sound system, since there weren't any shows that interested me in terms of sound and not wanting to go through getting all the components plugged in and turned back on.

So the sound system had not been used in over a year.

Then Joan told me about a WWII movie, Dunkirk, which won two academy awards for sound. I purchased the blu-ray and earlier this week wanted to setup the sound system to watch it.

I prayed asking God to help me as I was doing this. Getting everything hooked back up correctly went very smoothly and I was even reminded how to control the sound system with the remote. I was very thankful for this, and enjoyed watching the movie. With the sound, it was like being there.

But the next day I was going to watch a women's basketball game while talking with Joan on the telephone. I had the remote in my hand and pressed a button I thought would start the system ... but nothing happened.

I stared at the remote and had no idea what to do.  Starting to panic, I pressed several buttons. Nothing happened.

Joan was on the telephone and heard this. She suggested I pray.

Of course!

I stopped and prayed and immediately my eyes were drawn to the exact button to press.

The system came on and worked fine.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Recently I went to Costco to get cat food.  I purchased 6 boxes of 48 cans per box and went to check out.  Three women zeroed in on all the cat food.  I explained I have some outdoor cats who came to live at my house 3 years ago and I feed them.

An older Costco worker said I could save a lot of money if I just fed them dry food.  She said feral cats (strays) would be happy with just getting dry food.

I said, "I don't think I would want to do that.   I want them to have both dry food and meat."

She replied, "You're going to run out of money."

I hesitated a good while, then I replied, "I don't think that will happen."

She thought about it and said, "I don't either."

When the momma cat, Calley, and her 3 kittens moved into my courtyard in 2015, Calley was vicious and her kittens were wild.  I wanted to take them to vet to have them fixed ... no more kittens!

I couldn't get help so I bought animal trap and caught 3 of them and vet fixed them and I brought them back home to courtyard and turned them loose.  I feed them Purina just like I feed my indoor cat.  I also feed them Frisky's meat.

One day while I was feeding them I heard following from God:  "You take care of them exactly like I take care of you."

Certainly God feeds me "with the finest of Wheat."

Psalm 81:16   HE should have fed them also with the finest of the wheat: and with honey out of the rock should I have satisfied thee.

And I feed them with quality cat food.

There is no lack for anyone at our house.

Psalm 147:14   HE maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.

* Instruction In Righteousness: Colossians 1

Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,

To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse:

Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,
Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,

For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;

Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ; Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

11 Strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son:

14 In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

16 For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him:

17 And HE is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

18 And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

19 For it pleased the Father that in Him should all fulness dwell;

20 And, having made peace through the blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto himself; by Him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath He reconciled, 22 In the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in His sight: 23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for His body's sake, which is the church:

25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;

26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to His saints: 27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to His working, which worketh in me mightily.

Continue in the Holy Scriptures

II Tim. 3

But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them (We learned these things from God HIMSELF);

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

My father and mother were not Christians.

I visited them in the early 80’s and when I opened the cabinet in kitchen, I noticed some Zodiac coffee mugs.

I had given these to my mother before I was born again.

My mother greatly admired horoscopes.

When I was a child we would go into town and each month she would buy the latest horoscope magazine and read my horoscope to me.

Without saying a word, I reached into cabinet and began removing these horoscope mugs. My mother was sitting there watching me.

I began putting the mugs into a paper bag.

My mother then began to talk, saying: “What are you doing …” (I said nothing. I just continued putting the mugs into that bag.)

My mother became more agitated and said, “NO! … I want to keep those … you gave those to me.”

I said not a word.

I opened door and went to alley and took the bag and beat it against the dumpster and threw the broken mugs into the garbage and returned to the house.

Without a word, I picked up my Bible and began reading the following aloud to my mother.

Deuteronomy 18:9-14 … When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

Thou shalt be perfect with the Lord thy God. For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the Lord thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

After I read this part of Bible, there was silence for a few seconds, then my mother said:

“I guess we’d better not do that any more.”

With that, my mother was completely changed instantly.

I believe she was born again when she agreed from her heart with the Bible and agreed for God to rule her way.

Later I received a letter from my uncle. He said, “Your mother has changed … She has really changed.”

That is exactly what happens when we are born again. We are a new creature.

II Cor. 5:17 … Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

A few months later when I saw my mother she said to me, “I want to have a faith like you have.”

*****

My dad was a very strong self-made man, a very excellent physical specimen. He didn’t drink or smoke.

He said to my mother, “Joan has gone off the deep end in this religion.”

My dad had always supported me before in all things and my mother had fought me in what I did.

Now it switched and my mother replied: “No … she’s okay.”

My dad said no more about it. He was a soft spoken type man.

*****

When he was 78-years-old he had a stroke and was partially paralyzed. I gave him sets of cassette tapes I had made for radio broadcasts.

My mother said my dad listened to these tapes continually.

He wrote to me at that time (he never wrote letters before this).

In his letter, he said, “Come see me … and we will go to church.”

I knew he had been born again.

I was given a dream from God that I baptized my dad.

Later I knew this baptism was a baptism of the Word of God which he had been listening to on those cassette tapes of the radio broadcasts I had made which he had been hearing. He died after that.

Both my dad and my mother were born again before they died.

Psalm 72:12-14

For HE shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper.

HE shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy.

HE shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in His sight.

Ezekiel 9, Revelation 15

HE cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.

And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brasen altar.

And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And HE called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side;

And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

And to the others HE said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:

Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.

(I Peter 4:17-18    For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?  And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?)

Ezekiel 9    And HE said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city.

And it came to pass, while they were slaying them, and I was left, that I fell upon my face, and cried, and said, Ah Lord GOD! wilt thou destroy all the residue of Israel in thy pouring out of thy fury upon Jerusalem?

Then said HE unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD hath forsaken the earth, and the LORD seeth not.

And as for ME also, MINE eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense their way upon their head.

And, behold, the man clothed with linen, which had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, I have done as THOU hast commanded me

THE GREAT TRIBULATION ordained by God to come upon the parts of the church that falls away from scripture ... and upon the world ...

Revelation 15

And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from His power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

Revelation 16

And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because THOU hast judged thus.

For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are THY judgments.

And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give HIM glory.

And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
