* Incredible power of God.

 Exodus 19:17-19   And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.   And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.  


And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice.

Seeing this mountain smoke and quake, reminds me of the following plague of the great tribulation which is to come upon this earth at the end of this world.


Revelation 8:8-9  And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;  And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.


And we remember that God does as HE wills and God judges the unrighteousness of man.


The God that is displayed today in the hearts of men is often very different from the God of the Bible.  


People in churches often picture God as a kindly grandfather who just wants people to be happy regardless of the sins they are committing upon this earth.


It will come as a great shock when they see God in the type of "terror" shown in the great tribulation when it comes on this earth.

That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

Before the crucifixion and resurrection, Jesus said to HIS disciples:  

John 14:19  Yet a little while, and the world seeth ME no more; but ye see ME: because I live, ye shall live also.

When we are born again, we are sealed with the HOLY SPIRIT of JESUS. The Spirit of Jesus lives in us when we belong to God.

Ephesians 1:3-14    Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:  According as HE hath chosen us in HIM before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before HIM in love:

Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of HIS will,

To the praise of the glory of HIS grace, wherein HE hath made us accepted in the beloved.

In whom we have redemption through HIS blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of HIS grace;

Wherein HE hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;  Having made known unto us the mystery of HIS will, according to HIS good pleasure which HE hath purposed in HIMSELF:

The Holy Spirit of Jesus lives in us.

And the Spirit of Truth in us does the following for us:

John 14:26  Jesus said:  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 16:13   Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear, that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.

Salvation to impart ... 

This world wants freedom to sin.

We want freedom from sin.

Matthew 7:13-14   Jesus says:   Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

The Holy Spirit of Jesus, living in us, leads us away from temptation by reminding us of scripture and concepts of God, so we can choose to go in HIS way and can reject the way of other humans as we live on this earth.

We are recreated in the image of Jesus each time we choose to go in the way of the Word while living on this earth.

We are fully equipped to follow God because the Spirit of Jesus lives in us to remind us of the way of God.

John 14:6   Jesus saith unto him,  I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by ME.

(Jesus, The Word, is the way to go.)

John 15:1-8   Jesus says:  I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.  Every branch in ME that beareth not fruit HE taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, HE purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Abide in ME, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in ME.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in ME, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without ME ye can do nothing. 


If a man abide not in ME, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Deuteronomy 28

2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.

3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.

4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of ME, saith the LORD.

Instruction in Righteousness: Romans 15

 We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.

For even Christ pleased not Himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.

For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:

That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

And that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.

Romans 5:5-9   ... the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

But God commendeth HIS love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

Concerning telling the story of Jesus ... 

Every time I share that which God has shown me, I tell of God and His power to help us and guide us as we live on this present earth.

It seems I'm almost always sharing something with people who come to the house to work.  

And wherever I am, I share as the subject arises.

I never plan anything.  I just pray for God to have me say what HE wants me to say and it seems there is always something HE wants me to say.

I speak as issues and scripture are brought to memory.  This is the way the Holy Spirit leads me.

Podcast: Ministries given to the New Testament church after Jesus arose

* Building your house on the Word from God.


(Comments by Joan Boney, apostle/prophet of Jesus Christ according to Ephesians 4:11-12) 


We can build our house by doing a scripture ... or we can build our house by doing a concept which is brought to us by the Holy Spirit of God.  


Each time we do the Word from God, we are recreated in the image of Jesus, The Word, and we have the promise of God that our house will not fall in the storms of this present life.


Jesus says:

Matthew 7:24-27  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of Mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

And every one that heareth these sayings of Mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it felland great was the fall of it.


Here is an example of building your house on a concept brought to you by the Holy Spirit of God in the form of a thought:  I had moved from Texas to Colorado in 2019 and had put the house in Texas up for sale.  It did not sell.  Coronavirus hit the USA in March, 2020.  It was a fear filled time to try to sell a house.  I prayed, "God, is there anything I should do about that house in Texas."  Immediately the Holy Spirit brought the following concept to my mind:  "Lower the price of the house and put it on special sale for 1 week."  I did this that same day and the house sold within the week.


Here is an example of building your house on a scripture:  The following scripture caught my attention.  I felt God was showing me to do this scripture so I began meditating on this verse to enable me to have strength to "live" this verse, doing this verse in my life.  Ephesians 4:29  Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.  I had many opportunities to do this scripture through the coming years.


An instruction can come through a scripture or through a concept brought from God to our mind in the form of a thought.  Either way, when we do the instruction we build our house on a rock and our house will not fall and we are recreated each time we do the Word from God into the image of Jesus who is THE WORD.

A concept brought to my mind by the Holy Spirit of God giving me information in 2018.

On December 6, 2018, I fell at my house in Texas.  As the ambulance workers rolled me past the front door of my house, I had the following brought to my mind:  "You'll never see this house again."  I believed this to be information from God.  I put the house up for sale even from the hospital.  I moved directly to Colorado after 2 1/2 months in the rehabilitation hospital.  The house sold 1 1/2 years later.  I never saw that house again.  Because I believed that Word, I held fast to selling that house for I knew I would never see that house again.

As a new Christian in 1975, I saw the following scripture and felt I should do this scripture.

Romans 13:8  Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

Another scripture confirming this direction to me was as follows:

Deuteronomy 28:12-13   thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:


I saw debt as a way that would cause me to be the "tail" and not "the head".  So I sat about to get out of debt and to stay out of debt, I felt this was God's way for me to go on this earth.  I prayed for God to help me to get out of debt and to stay out of debt.  Within about 6 months, I got out of debt.  I've never been in debt since this time in 1975.  If I had to go back into debt, I didn't buy that thing. God even made it possible for me to build a house without going into debt.  


So much of doing a scripture has to do with our determination to do that scripture and to go in that way of life instructed by that scripture.

During the years between 1975 and 1980, I owned a small business in American Indian Arts in Dallas, Texas.  A man filed a lawsuit against several dealers of American Indian arts charging us with conspiring to keep him from doing business in Dallas.  He rented motel rooms and sold jewelry.  I had never heard of this man before he filed the law suit against me.


God showed me the following scripture which is a promise from God to the church:


Isaiah 54:17  No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.


As a result of seeing this promise of God, I knew no weapon against me would prosper.  The lawyer fees were eating all the profits from my business.  If I continued with my lawyers I would be back in debt before many months.  


Based on this promise from God, I dismissed my lawyers and planned to go to court without human legal counsel.  


My lawyer said, "Joan, you can't do this.  You don't realize how evil the courts are in USA."  


I told my lawyer that I am now a Christian and this is a promise of God to HIS people, "No weapon formed against us will prosper."  Therefore this weapon against me would not be able to prosper.  


I dismissed my lawyers.  


A week later, lawyer came to me and said they had decided to represent me without any future legal fees.  But I didn't hear them say anything about God showing them to do this.  So I prayed, "God, what do YOU want me to do."  


The Holy Spirit brought to my mind the following scripture to show me what to do about this "free" legal service.


Genesis 14:21-23   

21 And the king of Sodom said unto Abram, Give me the persons, and take the goods to thyself.

22 And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,

23 That I will not take from a thread even to a shoelatchet, and that I will not take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich:


I knew by this that God was telling me to turn down the "free" legal service, which I what I did.  


A few months later, the man dropped all charges against everyone.


I set my goal in future for my provision to be from God in all things.

When we build our house on a Word from God, our house will not fall even when the storms of this life hit our house.

Instruction in Righteousness: Romans 14

 
Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.

For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.

Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.

Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.

For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

Hebrews 7:25   Wherefore HE is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by HIM, seeing HE ever liveth to make intercession for them.

* Is the Old Testament God different from the New Testament God?

Some preachers speak of a difference between the "God" of the Old Testament and the "God" of the New Testament as if God has changed.

These preachers disregard scriptures such as:

Galatians 6:7-8   Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.  For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

II Corinthians 5:9-11    Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of Him.
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, 
whether it be good or bad.  Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;

I Corinthians 6:9-10  Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,  Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

And in the book of Revelation, we read of that great tribulation, the 14 plagues God will send upon this present earth in the last days before Jesus returns.

Revelation 8

6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;  9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;  11And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

Revelation 9

6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:  21Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Matthew 24    Jesus says:  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.  22  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

29-31  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And HE shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Then God destroys the present heavens and the earth:

II Peter 3

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
