Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Psa. 23 ... The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Psa. 34:10 ... The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.
Phil. 4:19 ... But my God shall supply all your need.
When the Lord is our shepherd, we follow HIM and there will be no "want" because He will lead us into green pastures.
But if we go off on our own "good" ideas, we will find ourselves in areas where there is much need, much trouble, much deficiency ...
A great many ministers do not have the Spirit of God. They are people who want to do good. They go to Bible College and Seminaries to learn to be preachers. And when they get out the read the Bible with their minds, having not the Spirit, and try to do things to help people, and end up in all sorts of trouble. I can't imagine anything more difficult than going out to set up orphanages and not having money to fund this before doing it and not being led by the Spirit of God to do this. You get the orphans. Run out of money. Then what do you do with the orphans? It would be terrible. All this happens because the preacher who does the work does not have the Spirit of God. God didn't send him to do this work. He did it because it seemed to him to be a good thing to do. But he falls into great need. And then begins to beg others for month to pay for his work. The scriptures show us that if God sends us there will be no need.

If you are in a position now where you have any need of any kind ... money, companionship, friends ...this is testimony to you that you are following something other than the LORD. For if you were following the word given you by God and were seeking HIM in time of distress you would have no need.
I have a cousin who has attended church all her life. She is one of the weakest and most needy people emotionally that I have ever known. But most churches do not teach their followers to overcome in spiritual ways. So these people never grow up in things of God.
God gave me a dream about this subject. In the dream, there was a room filled with a long line of bassinets. I walked down the line and looked at each baby. The babies were horribly deformed. I knew this was showing me people in the churches who never grew up in things of God.
Heb. 5 ... ye are dull of hearing. 12For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. 13For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. 14But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
When people hear the word of God, and fail to do it in a proper way in their own lives, they remain as babies and will be very deformed. When problems come, they think they have to be strong and they try to fake it rather than falling down before God for HIM to work with them. They have a facade rather than the real overcoming in God.
The fact that there is a problem shows they have not worked through the matter in a proper spiritual way. We take each problem to God in prayer. We wait on Him. And when HE shows us something we believe and act on that Word. And we grow in HIM. This is the way to overcome.
