Exhortation: (Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet)
"Put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ" ... Dress in the Word from God. This is our clothing.
Concerning the day being far spend ... Paul worked in the heat of the day. The price Paul paid for sharing the word of God was severe. When Ananias was told to go to "Saul of Tarsus" (to Paul), God said to Ananias concerning Paul ... Acts 9:16 ... he (Paul) is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake.
Paul said this of himself ... II Cor. 6 ... But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, 5In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings; 6By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, 7By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, 8By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; 9As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; 10As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
Paul was greatly attacked by the religious people of his day. But Paul suffered the abuse because of the love of the message.
One of the most difficult messages of Paul's day had to be the message concerning circumcision. Galations.
God instituted circumcision. Yet Paul comes along telling them circumcision will avail them nothing, to believe by faith in Jesus instead. Paul was really abused by the religious people because of the message. But Paul faithfully spoke the message.
Our suffering today, and we do suffer abuse from the church people because of the messages from God, is not anything like the suffering of Paul.
Paul worked in the heat of the day. It is hard to work in the heat of the day.
I'm convinced we work in the late hour of the day, the cool of the day. And yet we suffer for the message we deliver. But we know there might be one person out there in a corrupt church group who would hear the message we speak and be helped. So we suffer the abuse of the people who call themselves Christians who cannot hear the message from God against their corruption.
Poison gas dream: In approximately 1980, God gave me the following dream. There
was a room filled with people and a man was speaking to these people. I
went in and sat down and began listening. Then another man rushed into
the room and said, "Stop ... can't you see. It's too late. It's already begun."
The first man resumed speaking. But I looked out the window to see
what was happening. I was shocked in what I saw. There was a civil
defense warning system on top of a tall pole. A type of poison gas was coming out of the speaker.
The shocking thing was this: The system that was set up to warn us was
being used to poison us. In the dream, I looked at the man sitting next
to me. His eyes were open. He had a big smile on his face. But he
was dead! He was a corpse though he was looking directly at the speaker
and seemed to be paying attention. Then I looked at the other people
in the room and they were all dead though they looked alive. And as I
sat there listening to the speaker, I felt myself falling asleep
(dying). I knew it would kill me too if I sat there among them.
Later
God showed me this is what is happening in the church gatherings
today. Instead of being warned, people are being gassed to death with
the doctrines.
