Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
A warning to us:
We need to check our pulse to see if we are alive or dead.
When we hear of another person in the church who is going through trouble, what do we do?
- nothing
- try to put this out of our mind
- pray for that person
- communicate with that person to provide him comfort in the Word of God
If we do nothing, we have no pulse and are dead. If we just try to forget what we've heard because it troubles us, we are dead.
If we pray for that person, we show some life. And when we pray and then communicate with the person, providing comfort, we show even more life.
I find much death among our little church group. We have been given much good food from God but I find much death among our group.
In the end times Jesus said: 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. Mt. 24
If we allow ourselves to go dead toward the church, can we expect to be saved in the end?
