Philippians 4:6-7 ... Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by
prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made
known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding,
shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

We have access to God 24 hrs a day so we can present any "care", any concern directly to God in prayer.
If there is anything at all troubling us we can take that trouble directly to God through prayer. Not only can we do this, we are instructed in the Bible to do this.
We do not go to a church building to pray. We just pray wherever we are.
God is a spirit ... Jn. 4 ... God is not in buildings made by hands. As a "spirit" God is everywhere.
So if there is anything at all troubling you, stop reading and pray. let your requests be made
known unto God... basically what would you like God to do for you ... "your request" in the troubling area.
If you do not have any thing troubling at the moment, thank God.
If you have any "dread" ... anything looming in the future that you find a potential problem, that that to God in prayer. You cannot live in peace if you dread anything.
Everything must be settled through prayer with God.
