Faith in the power of God

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Paul said ... I Cor. 2 ... And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. 2For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. 3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:  5That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

power of God ... who created heaven, earth, and all living beings

power:
- to raise from the dead
- to change us
- to deliver us from darkness
- to change circumstances
- to heal, restore, keep our souls  (Jn. 10:29 ... none is able to pluck them out of MY Father's hand)

Jn. 10 ... My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and none is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

My aunt used to say, "I hope Mrs. Parker (mother-in-law) doesn't cause me to lose my soul."

Recently when I was struggling with someone I found myself saying the same thing:  "I hope she doesn't cause me to lose my soul."  And immediately I heard the following from Holy Spirit:  "None is able to pluck them out of My Father's hand. (Jn. 10:29)

I greatly rejoiced at this!
