Phil. 4:1 ... Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
Stand fast in the Lord, the word given you by God through the Holy Spirit.
As I thought about this, immediately I was reminded of: your labour is not in vain in the Lord. I Cor. 15:58
This is something I choose to believe ... I write many exhortations ... they are not in vain for they are inspired by the Holy Spirit and have power to help those who believe and are food for us and help sustain us in these evil times.
For each of us who belong to God, the Holy Spirit gives us words which we can "stand on" in times of trial as we "wait" for that in which we hope. Focus on that word.
