Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Psa. 132 ... I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed. 18His enemies will I clothe with shame: but upon himself shall his crown flourish.
Those chosen by God have a lamp ordained so they will walk through darkness but not in darkness. The enemies of God will be dressed in shame. Often their own perceived righteous acts are a garment of shame. Sacrifice without the Spirit leading is a dressing in shame. They go about doing things thinking it is the Spirit leading when it is not the Spirit but is another spirit, often religious a religious spirit, an angel of light as is Satan. II Cor. 11:14 ... And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
A few days ago, a man thanked me for the messages and then couldn't wait to say he disagreed with the message about the "sabbath". (Please read OT/NT Sabbath) ... I laughed when I saw this is what he disagreed with. The NT sabbath is a continual ceasing from your own works. I thought, "If he wants to do the OT sabbath he will have to sit all day in his "tent" doing nothing... no TV .. no cooking ... for this was the OT sabbath." I doubt he really wants to do that. But he is being led to sacrifice by one of those many religious spirits that work in humans. Mt. 6:23 ... But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
This is the NT sabbath: Heb. 4 ... Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. 2For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. 3For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. 4For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. 5And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. 6Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: 7Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. 8For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. 9There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. 10For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
11Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest,
The symbol of the OT sabbath was ceasing from his works as God did from HIS works.
Sabbath is simply a ceasing from your own works. In the NT we do this daily. Every day is a sabbath to God for every day we, who belong to God, try to follow God ceasing from our own ideas, ceasing from our own works. We enter into God's rest each time we commit a concern to God and rest in HIM. Trusting God and a fear of God are both entering into HIS rest.
But upon the chosen of God, God puts HIS crown ...and that crown flourishes!
