You can know the names of the 12 apostles and not be of God. You can quote scripture and not be of God.
You can know many things about Jesus, about God ... and have no power at all and not be of God.
It is not a matter of knowing "about" God ... The power comes from hearing from God HIMSELF by HIS Spirit.
Many know about God. Such is taught in many churches.
But it is only when you hear from God that you have power of God.
Jesus said to his disciples ...
Acts 1 ... 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
