Going forth with the fire of the Word from God

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

John the Baptist said ... I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:  Mt. 3:11

When God brings the Word to us through the Holy Ghost (The Holy Spirit) it is like a fire raging through.  We are "set on fire".

When Jesus ran the money changers out of the temple, there was that same fire that comes when God speaks to us.  Jn. 2 ... Jesus went up to Jerusalem, 14And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: 15And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; 16And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise. 17And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

It is consuming ... and it causes immediate reaction ... and there is a strong power and intensity to act at that moment.

Acts 1 ... Jesus said ... 8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me

I was born again, changed immediately, in August, 1975.  God said to me by HIS Spirit:  "Joan ... you know all those mistakes you've been making all these years?  Those weren't mistakes.  Those were sins."

I was never the same again.  I was changed immediately.

A few days after this, in the night while I slept, I was transported into heaven.  At that time I was merged into the body of Jesus, made one with the Word of God.  God and Holy Spirit witnessed.  I saw no images at that time.  It was simply an experience in the Spirit.

I was on fire after that.  Then a few days later the exact same thing happened again.  I was made one with the Word of God.

The fire raged in me for things of God ... that is all I cared about now.  The flame in me raged with an intensity ... I had been baptized with the Holy Ghost and with fire ...

That was more than 30 years ago ... I have heard many times from the Holy Spirit since that time, showing me the way to go in the specific times of this life.  With each word there is a rejoicing and a "fire" of intensity.

When the Holy Spirit speaks to you, there is fire ... power ... intensity.  This enables you to do things and to say things you could not have said before.

In approximately 1982, the Holy Spirit said to me the following:  "The time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God."  (over and over I heard this one sentence)

After that, I was shown various sins being committed by ministers.  I tried to get message to each minister where I had been shown sins.  Some of these ministers isolated themselves to point I could not reach them personally so I just presented the message on my radio broadcasts and named them by name with the sin I had been shown ... they then got the message!

At the time, one of my radio cities was Seattle.  I was having a meeting at Seattle center.  Outside the meeting room stood the radio station manager.  He said to me, "Joan ... you have many wonderful messages.  Just speak those messages.  If you continue to speak these judgment messages I don't know what is going to happen to you.  We may have to put you off the air."

Through my mouth, came a defining word from the Holy Spirit as follows:

"George ... if I don't speak the message I believe to be from God, I don't have a message and I may as well be off the air."

When the Holy Spirit speaks through us there is a fire ... and it is a power we never had of ourselves.

he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Mt. 3:11

This is the type of experience Paul had on the road to Damascus.  Paul was enroute to Damascus to find those who were of the Christian way so he could bind them and take them back to Jerusalem for the priests to judge them and kill them.

Acts 9 ... And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, 2And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.  3And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 6And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man. 8And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus. 9And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.
10And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. 11And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, 12And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight. 13Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: 14And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.

15But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake.

Many of the disciples were afraid of Paul ... but we read that as soon as Paul received his sight after Ananias laid hands on him, Paul "straightway" went into the temple and preached Jesus as the Christ.

Paul was completely changed.

Change is immediate when you are born again.  You are a new creature.  Not only is there a change but when you have the Holy Spirit in you and God speaks a word to you by HIS Spirit there is a fire raging in you from that word and you have a power to do and to say things you could not have done before.

Some are taught by their church groups to witness and they go about trying to witness.

We do not try to witness.  We are a witness and it is because of the Holy Ghost and the fire which we have experienced through God.

We cannot make this happen.  It happened by the will of God as God wills.  It certainly is not of any "goodness" in us.  It is just the will of God and it is done to whom God wills, just like it was to Paul.

Man baptizes in water ... Jesus baptizes in the Holy Ghost and with fire.
