John 7:7 (Jesus said) The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
The way of flesh, of the world, is protect flesh and ignore or hide evil
being done. But Jesus, the Word, exposes evil instead of hiding it.
When we submit ourselves to God, doing and speaking according to the word God gives to us, a bright
light shines on the matter we're dealing with, not allowing evil to be
hidden. And as Jesus was hated, we are hated by those who love the evil
which is exposed.
