Scripture: Shared by body of Christ

Proverbs 4:13 Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.

Exhortation:  Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Each word of God has potential to change our lives.  We grab that instruction and do it and hold on and keep on doing it and eventually it becomes a part of us.

I Tim. 6:But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.  11But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. 12Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

If you can grab verse 8 and make it a way of life it can change everything in your life.  If you do this verse and keep on doing it your way of life on this earth will be completely different.

Phil. 2 ...Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Verse 7 -8 can also change your life if you can do them.

We crucify the flesh by doing such scriptures and there is great power here when we do them.

Jesus said ... If ye continue in my word (do the word and keep on doing the word), then are ye my disciples indeed; 32And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.  Jn. 8
