Psalm 56:3 ... What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
Exhortation: (Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet)
Fear is a way of life. As long as we live on this earth various fears will come, mostly in the form of thoughts.
II Cor. 10 ... For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
Some people clean out closets to forget their fears ... some go shopping ... these are "carnal" examples of dealing with fear.
Spiritual ways of dealing with fears are to be diligent to take every fear to God in prayer, asking HIM about that fear ... and to wait on what HE tells you ... and then to stand on that which God tells you.
This is the only way to deal with fear in a spiritual way.
