Exhorting even more as Day of Lord approaches

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

12Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. 13But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. 14For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
Heb. 3

exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Heb. 10

Do we see the day approaching?

Paul said in the end, things would get much worse ... Paul even called them "perilous"... II Tim. 3

The peril is not as most would expect ... The peril is not like WWII ... The peril is a peace that causes people to relax.  You do not relax in danger.  But when everything seems fine, we humans tend to let up and relax.

In Daniel we read that one king will destroy wonderfully "with peace" ...

23And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.  24And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.  25And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many:  Dan. 8

"When the transgressors are come to the full ..."

This is the peril spoken of by Paul ... and the "transgressors" are in the churches themselves.

Paul explains:  1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth... II Tim. 3

In these days, they will have "a form of godliness"... but in reality they are lovers of their own selves ...

And they are always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth ... verse 7

They run from meeting to meeting ... but they never really come to the knowledge of the truth ...

This also is spoken of in the prophecy given Daniel ...many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.  Dan. 12

But even increased knowledge can be deceptive because knowledge without wisdom is deceptive and destruction ... You can know something but unless you have the wisdom from God on using that knowledge it can be evil.

the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
Dan. 12

And concerning the last days, Paul explains ... 13But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.  II Tim. 3

And we are told in Heb. 3 & Heb. 10 to exhort one another daily ...lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
