When "pastors" want you to provide their need

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

If a pastor writes, asking me to give him money, I know immediately this pastor is not doing the work of God for if he (or she) was of God he would not be asking me for money.  The fact that he has a "need" shows he is not following the real Spirit of God.  For the Bible says, The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psa. 23

Where in the New Testament do we see a pastor asking another minister for money?  Where do we even see one church group asking for money?

These pastors who do this operate the church by their own flesh.  I know many of them are deceivers, while they could pay for something they want us to pay for it. (extortion) Jesus described it as follows:  For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.  Mt. 23:4

They play on your fleshly emotions.  You sit there with abundance of God while they plead for "orphans" or other things which have an appearance of spiritual "right".  And you feel guilty for having what you have.

Here is what God showed me about such "guilt" ... When we follow God, we end up blessed, often materially blessed as well as spiritually blessed.  Who gave us such "wealth"?  Was it God?  If so, we must not feel guilty over God's blessings.  Rather let them follow God if they can as we have and He will bless them as HE has blessed us.

Anyone who really hears word of God and does it is blessed!

So beware of these men and women who come "in the name of the Lord", begging for your money.

Jesus warned us we would see them coming saying Jesus is Lord and they would deceive many this way.

Do not allow yourself to be deceived by them.

3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5For many shall come in my name, saying, I
(Jesus) am Christ; and shall deceive many.  Mt. 24

And we are warned that in the last days men (and woman) will put themselves into the ministry or body of Christ without having the Spirit of God.

But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18How that they told you there should be mockers (imitators, trying to copy those who have the Spirit) in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. 19These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. Jude

I know a woman minister who said her best friend told her when she spoke she was very boring.  So she hired an acting coach and she became very skillful at telling stories.  But her words had no real power though they were often very interesting stories.  She became a famous minister by fleshly ways.

Paul said he did just opposite to this:

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. 2For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. 3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:  5That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.  I Cor. 2

Don't be deceived ... and don't feel guilty over the blessings when you believe those blessings came from God.
