Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Jesus said ...
every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old. Mt. 13:44
Repetition is important. Thinking on things God has done in past is important. Thinking on past "revelations" from the Spirit of God is important.
It is not just a matter of new things ... old "treasures" from God are important.
The apostle Paul also stated the importance of repetition in the establishment of the word from God in our lives.
This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. II Cor. 13 (Paul didn't say the witnesses must come from 2 or 3 different people. Paul was saying that he, Paul, was going to repeat truths to help establish the word in the church.)
If you can't stand repeated stories, you a missing something. And you lack patience.
Repetition of godly stories, godly examples, performs a good work in those who allow the exhortation to come in.
