We are both flesh and spirit and our flesh wants to turn to other people when we are in trouble and tell them what we are going through and let them comfort our flesh.
Instead we need to put our trust in God and talk with God about our trouble. Talk to God about our fears. Pour out our heart on each matter to God.
As we take everything to God, we certainly show that God is our trust and our refuge.
