Luke 21:36 ... Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be
accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and
to stand before the Son of man.

It appears the above is saying to pray the following: "I pray that I may be accounted worthy to escape" ... But that is not what this is saying.
Jesus is telling us to "pray always" ... pray in every circumstance ... pray, thanking God ... pray when fear comes ... pray when need is there ... pray when others in body of Christ are in difficult times ... pray always ...
And by that praying constantly we are accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the Son of man.
