To all who have the Spirit of God

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Paul said the following to all who have the Spirit of God ...

Romans 8:28-29 ... And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

If you have been given the Spirit of God you are the elect of God.  Having the Spirit of God in you is the "earnest" from God showing you belong to HIM.

Eph. 1 ... In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.  13In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

And Paul explains:  Romans 8:9 ... Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His.

So if you have the Spirit of God in you and you know you have the Spirit of God, you are the elect of God, predestined to do the will of God on this earth according to HIS purpose.

God's purpose for some of you will be to have children and to care for those children.

God's purpose for me has to do with caring for the children of God, the church.

We have different assignments but the same Spirit.

And we have the knowledge, says Paul, that all things work together for good in our lives (things in past, things in present, things in future) ... according to HIS purpose, not necessarily according to our own purpose but according to HIS purpose for us while we live on this earth.

He "foreknew" us ... He predistinated us ... for HIS purpose.

Foreknow means:  aware of something before it happens or exists.

If we understand this, we can be free from bad memories that plague our minds ... memories of mistakes and sins made before and even after we are born again.  This concept takes care of everything we did before we were born again and anything in the future.

When we belong to God, we are often so sorry for things we did before we were born again.  And sometimes the memories plague us.

Paul said we must not live that way.  Phil. 3 ... this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded:

The concept of "all things working together for good" in our lives closes the door on the bad memories.

Many of these things we wish had not happened, that we wish we had not done, that we wish we had done differently, that we wish our parents had not done, simply mold us into a personality that is going to be used by God after we are born again.  Therefore "all these things work together for good" causing us to be a certain type of personality.  Then the Holy Spirit is added and we go forward correcting ourselves but those past things help create us in a way that God wants to use us, according to his purpose.  While I am very bold, you might be very timid.  God knew I was to be used as an apostle/prophet for the church.  This requires a boldness in dealing with people.  God's plan for you on this earth might have been to be a wife and mother, totally different from apostle/prophet.  Some of you are husbands, responsible for a wife and children.  Yet another different role.  But we all have same Spirit.

Paul says the eye is not the foot ... I Cor. 12 ... Each role in the body of Christ is important to the whole body.  I Cor. 12:18 ... But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

Again we are back to our being the way God wants us ... "according to HIS purpose"  ...

So if those bad memories try to come, you control them by knowing everything you have done ... everything that happened ... "works together for good" ...creating you as a personality which will be used according to HIS purpose ... That you are the kind of person now in personality who can serve God where HE wanted you, where HE placed you.

The bad memories will flee from you when you understand this concept and live by this concept.  And you will no longer try to be like another person but will serve God where you have been placed by God, accepting the role God gave you, not trying to change your personality into another person but knowing God allowed these things to happen to you to mold you into what you are now.
