If we sow wheat, we reap wheat.
If we sow to our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh, we reap fleshly things and often harm others.
If we sow to the Spirit we reap good things of the Spirit, glorifying God.
Therefore the apostle Paul says:
Galatians 6:7-8
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

When we are tempted to hate, we pray: "God help me."
And God brings something to mind by HIS Spirit and we choose to go in the way of the Spirit.
We keep our flesh crucified by the Word of God which takes us opposite to the way of the flesh.
The flesh and the Spirit are always opposite.
As long as we walk on this earth the flesh will try to rise up to take us opposite to the way of the Spirit of God. God will make a way for us to escape the way of our flesh in every temptation.
I Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
