πŸ’₯ By surfeiting (over-indulgence) we can open doors for devil to do evil though us.

Jesus warns:

Luke 21

36 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Surfeiting means:  over indulgence

"I can do one more thing ..."  but by doing that one more thing often we become overly tired and by that we can give place to the devil ...

The devil watches for opportunity to work evil through us.

I Peter 5:8  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Often by being tried, we grow irritable and do things and say things we wish we had not done or said.
