πŸ’₯ Romans 14:19

Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

Each of us must consider what makes for peace in our own lives.

When we are troubled, we learn to pray.

Doing as Paul told us in the following scripture.

Philippians 4:6    Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

If we see something in the news that troubles us, pray ... let your requests be made known unto God.

If another person says something that troubles us, pray ... let your requests be made known unto God.

And when we do this, God promises the following:

Philippians 4:7   And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

And we edify others when we speak that which the Holy Spirit brings to mind when we are talking with that other person.

For ourselves, we pray, read the Bible, and meditate upon various scriptures, doing the instruction given in the scriptures, and settling ourselves with the Word of God daily.

We exercise ourselves in godliness through following the Spirit of God daily.

Play close attention to the scriptures presented in this blog today, meditating on those scriptures and collecting those scriptures which the Holy Spirit causes to stand out to you.
