πŸ’₯ We can't make this world into the church.

No matter what we do, this world will not be righteous.

I John 5:18-19  We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

It is the new heaven and new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.  We will be taken there at the end of this present world and this heaven and earth will be destroyed by fire.

When an individual of this world is born again by God, then he will be righteous, following the laws of God in the NT Bible.

2 Peter 3

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

13 Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.

Today we have the world, and the apostate churches, and the church of Jesus.

We, who are the elect of God, born again by the Spirit of God, must avoid the world and the apostate churches.

The world creates laws for the world.  We cannot cause these to be godly laws for the world is not godly.

I John 5:19  And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

1 Corinthians 2:14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

If we try to legislate sins in the governments of men, we will likely fall into sin as individuals as we fight to set up laws against sin.

Prohibition was an example of this. It did not work to set up laws against the selling of liquor.  Man cannot control "goodness" of man by laws of governments.

God controls goodness by causing an individual to be born again, giving him a new Spirit and a new heart, and adding him to the elect of God, the church.

So if you are disturbed today over the fight to overturn Roe vs Wade, and legalize abortion ... and you jump on the bandwagon and get all stirred up and angry and strive to make the laws of men according to Bible, you will likely be greatly troubled and distressed and you cannot live in peace.

In the messages I publish on blog, Podcast, and Twitter, I speak about the harm you will do to your own self should you have an abortion, plus you will kill God's heritage.  You rob everyone of that child, not just yourself.  You rob your parents of their grandchild.  You rob your brothers and sisters of having that nephew or niece.  You rob your other children of having that brother or sister.

Psalms 127:3  Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

So I teach against abortion and counsel against abortion and try to turn individuals from having an abortion.

But I know it is foolish to try to make a law of government of man against abortion and if I should try to struggle for such a law, I could be swept away by hatred and strife and end up in a futile act frustrating myself and becoming depressed and I might even be swept away from godliness in doing what I think to be a "good work".

When the abortion subject comes on TV, I turn the TV off.  I do not choose to participate in this subject.  I will counsel church against it and even world given the opportunity which I do on the social media instrument called "Twitter".

If the subject of homosexual/lesbian comes up, I will tell the individual what the Bible says and read to him scripture from Romans 1, and let him decide to choose scripture or to choose otherwise, but I will not fight for laws in governments of men.

I am the church and will support the scriptures, but laws of man have nothing to do with me except to try to obey them in-so-much as possible.

I do not try to make this world into the church.  I know there is the church and there is the world and the world government cannot make the world into godliness by it's laws.

I speak this to you in case you have allowed yourself to try to be involved with governments of men and I encourage you to abstain from this and live in peace for that is our commission from God.

2 Peter 3:14  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

We do not judge the world.  God judges the world.  But we judge the church, says Paul.

I Corinthians 5

9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:

10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.

11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?

13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Judge the brother in Christ but not the world.  Leave the world alone.  We are as strangers and pilgrims in this world as we wait for the coming of Jesus.

Hebrews 11

13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.

15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.

16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for HE hath prepared for them a city.

John 18   (Jesus says)  Jesus answered, MY kingdom is not of this world: if MY kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is MY kingdom not from hence.

Neither is our kingdom of this world.  We are just waiting on this earth for Jesus to return and to remove us from this world and take us to the new heaven and new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.

This world will become worse and worse until the wrath of God destroys this world and the apostate church.

2 Thessalonians 2  (The apostate churches)

2 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

(The falling away are not people leaving the churches.  The falling away are the churches leaving the scripture.  This is the apostate church that comes before Jesus can return.)

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
