Mansions for us in heaven

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Jesus said ... Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. 5Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? 6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way,  the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Jn. 14

The "way" that we know is the WORD from the Holy Spirit.  As we follow the word that we receive from the Spirit of God, we go in the way.

And we also see there are "many mansions" in God's house.  And Jesus prepares a place for us and will return and receive us to Himself.

And we read the following in I Peter 1 ... Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,  4To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,  5Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
6Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

So temporarily, on this present earth, we may go through "manifold temptations" we can be assured that in heaven, laid up for us is something more spectacular than any thing we can imagine on this present earth.

Several years ago, I had the following dream ... I knew this was a "mansion" in heaven... In this dream, I was at a "mansion".  It was incredible.  The ceilings were very high and the floors were inlayed with gold.  I had never seen anything this spectacular on earth.  And though I felt I knew the rooms, I kept finding additional room that I had never before seen.  There was no end to the new rooms.

My aunt told me she was "transported into heaven" once and it was "all golden".

In our minds, we are at present able to know so little but once in a while God will let us see "portions" such as described in my dream and the dream of my aunt.

What we have laid up in heaven for us exceeds anything we can imagine.  No relationship on earth, no matter how great, and no structure on earth, no matter how great, can equal that which is laid up for us in heaven.

So we are exhorted to "hold on" during those trials on this earth knowing the "invisible" which awaits for us in heaven.

Paul explains:  And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. 18For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.  23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 24For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
