πŸ’₯ When they kill without cause.

Revelation 12:12...   Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

The devil sends thoughts to the mind of individual humans.

The apostle Paul said there would be perilous times in the last days and even told us the reason for such.

2 Timothy 3

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

A person might not have all of these characteristics, but even one or two of these things can cause that person to be very harmful to himself and to others.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

The devil also comes into humans to destroy that person, and others also, when possible.

Mark 5

1 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.

2 And when HE (Jesus) was come out of the ship, immediately there met HIM out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,

3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:

4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.

5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.

6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped HIM,

7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that THOU torment me not.

8 For HE (Jesus) said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.

9 And HE asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.

10 And he besought HIM much that HE would not send them away out of the country.

11 Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.

12 And all the devils besought HIM, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.

13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.

14 And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.

15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.

16 And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine.

Devils are violent and will cause a person or even an animal to destroy himself.

Jesus says:

John 10:10  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Today in USA we see individuals going into schools, churches, and businesses shooting and killing as many people as possible, without cause.

When I witness such irrational acts as these, usually I think devils.

Devils can cause a person to become "mad", and do things completely against all reason.

Therefore the apostle Peter warns us:

I Peter 5:8-9  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith,

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Many people of this world have no anchor.  They often kill their families and then go out and kill whomever they can.

This is what the NT Bible shows us will happen in the last days so we should not be surprised when it happens before our eyes.

And we who are of God must exercise the control of God over our lives when irrational things happen.

I Corinthians 10:13  There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

2 Timothy 3

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Hebrews 10

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for HE is faithful that promised;)

24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

30 For we know HIM that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto ME, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge HIS people.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

When devil brings fearful thoughts to you, learn to call on God immediately for help and praise God for what HE has done for you.

In 1975, as a new Christian, not knowing much scripture, when devil attacked me with destructive thoughts, I just said:  "Praise God.  Thank YOU for my salvation."  (And the devil departed and fled from me when I said this.)

James 4:7  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

And the following is very important.  Be sure you do this.

Philippians 4

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
