In the Bible, the apostle Paul tells us what to do about sexual sins when a "brother" in the church commits such:
I Corinthians 5:11;13 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat ... Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
Paul calls such: "a wicked person"
Why? Because that person knows what he is doing is a sin but he willfully disregards the right way of God as stated in the Holy Bible.
If we know the right way of God by the Holy Scriptures and choose to go opposite, then we read in Hebrews 6, "It is impossible" to restore such an one.
Hebrews 6:4-6 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away (from the scriptures), to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put HIM to an open shame.
The apostle Paul says:
I Corinthians 5:4-5 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
I believe we deliver that person to Satan when we put him out of the church or when we refuse to keep company with such.
This may be the only hope that person has, for when Satan destroys the fornicator's flesh then his spirit might be saved. I believe that is what Paul is showing us in I Corinthians 5:4-5.
Regardless, Paul tells us what to do and I would do that one way or another.

If they allow that person to stay at the church, then we leave that church group.
I Corinthians 5:6-8 Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? 7Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: 8Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
If the church will not follow the instructions given in the Bible, then that is an antichrist church of the end times.
II Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
(Churches will fall away from scriptures and by that falling away from scripture "the man of sin", antichrist, enters the church and sets himself in the temple of God.)
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Antichrist is a spirit, not one man. The apostle John shows us that in the following. John said there were already many antichrists in their church group.
I John 2:18-19 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
These "antichrist" people are those who are religious but are not born again by the Spirit of God, having not the spirit.
John and Paul kept the church under the control of the Spirit when they were on the earth.
But sometimes antichrist was sitting there among them, even among the elders, and they would take over in the church group after Paul was gone, says Paul.
Paul knew he would never see the church at Ephesus again but Paul also knew some among the elders at Ephesus would take over after he was gone and they would speak "perverse things" to the church to draw away disciples after themselves.
Acts 20 (Paul speaking to the elders at Ephesus)
26 Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.
27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.
28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which HE hath purchased with HIS own blood.
29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

Jesus will destroy the antichrist churches at HIS coming:
2 Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:
Because they cast aside certain scriptures and did not have a love of the truth that they might be saved, Paul says:
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Churches which do not love the scriptures, and cast aside portion of scripture to set up other doctrines, will be destroyed when Jesus returns. (2 Thess. 2:8-12)
