James 1:26-27 ... If any man among you
seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own
heart, this man's religion is vain. 27 Pure religion and undefiled
before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in
their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Isaiah 25:9 ... And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God;
we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the Lord; we have
waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.
Isaiah 26:3-4 ... Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is
stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. 4 Trust ye in the Lord for
ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:
1 Timothy 3:16 ... And without controversy great is the mystery of
godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen
of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world,
received up into glory.
