Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
There are many things people do in church groups where there is no power and in doing these things there is only a fleshly, emotional feeling ... but no real power of God.
There is no power in lighting of candles. There is no place in Bible nor in New Testament were we are told to light candles in connection with a religious request. We are told to pray when we have a need or problem.
Phil. 4 ... Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
If you light candles and then pray, it will avail you nothing for our faith has to be in doing what God says in his word and the candles are not in word of God. (not in Bible)
Partaking of the Lord's supper is eating and drinking the word of God correctly, applying the word to your own life. In that there is great power.
There is no power at all in eating crackers and drinking grape juice at church and calling it the Lord's supper. This is not the Lord's supper but is a doctrine set up by fleshly men. There is no power at all in doing this.
Eating crackers and grape juice is the same as people who light candles at the Catholic church. There is no power and these are just fleshly acts that have nothing at all to do with the Spirit of God. These things were set up by fleshly men in churches.
Nor do you pray to Mary or any so-called saint. There is no power in that prayer. We who belong to God pray directly to God through Jesus Christ by faith in God.
