When we belong to God, we try to do HIS will, keeping our flesh under control. There are times when fleshly anger (and such) rises up and afterward we are sorry. When this happens, I find it best not to wallow in my failure but rather to rejoice in the fact that God had mercy on me and saved me from myself. I rejoice in having the Holy Spirit in me to teach and guide me.
