Luke 21:25-28 ... And there shall be
signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth
distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26
Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things
which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power
and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then
look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
Hebrews 13:5-6 ... Let your conversation
be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for
he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we
may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man
shall do unto me.
Colossians 3:1-4 ... If ye then be risen with
Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the
right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things
on the earth. 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in
God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also
appear with him in glory.
