2 Corinthians 5:9-11 ... Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or
absent, we may be accepted of him. 10 For we must all appear before the
judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in
his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 11
Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are
made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your
consciences.
Romans 12:1-2 ... I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of
God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable
unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to
this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye
may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Romans 12:4-8 ... For as we have many members in one body, and all
members have not the same office: 5 So we, being many, are one body in
Christ, and every one members one of another. 6 Having then gifts
differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy,
let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7 Or ministry, let
us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; 8 Or he
that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with
simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with
cheerfulness.
Psalm 144:1-2 ... Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my
hands to war, and my fingers to fight: 2 My goodness, and my fortress;
my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.
