Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
I Tim. 4 ... Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 4For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 5For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
6If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained. 7But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. 8For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. 9This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. 10For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
Doctrines of devils are doctrines not set up by the Holy Scriptures. There are many doctrines of devils in church groups today. You measure it by the Spirit: Where is that in the Bible?
Many restaurants that have fish specials on Fridays and how they are set up to cater to the Catholic church as they do such for Catholics have a doctrine where they do not eat "meat" on Fridays. Yet in the Bible there is no such rule and also in the Bible fish is meat.
Here is one example in Bible showing fish to be considered as "meat" by Jesus ... Jn. 6 ... Jesus said ... Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. 27Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. (In this we know Jesus was speaking of the miracle of the loaves and fishes where the young boy had two small fish and Jesus took it and used it to feed the multitudes: Notice that Jesus was speaking of "meat" here.)
There are many horrible doctines in Catholic church and also in protestant churches.
Doctrines of devils ... in the churches, doctrines not in Bible but set up by man, by the reason of man and not by God.
