The apostle Paul told us to "work out our own salvation in fear and trembling. " (Philippians 2:12)
The
apostle Peter said as we wait for the coming of Jesus work that when
Jesus returns to gather the elect of God HE will find us "in peace, without spot, and blameless." (2 Peter 3:14)
Jesus tells us to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
To
me, one of the most important things is to hear God when HE speaks a
word to us and follow that instruction in an appropriate manner.
Live in truth. Jesus, The Word is the truth.
