💥 God's Word never fails.

After Pam Padgett was diagnosed with cancer in September, 2022, I said to God.  

James 1:17  Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

God is not going to put me here to live and work, and then kill Pam.

Sure enough, God gave Pam a way of escape which was treatment by radiation and chemotherapy when every one of the medical people around her thought this would not work in her case.  

Three months later, they found no cancer at all in Pam.  They had her return in 4 months and again they found no cancer at all in Pam.  Then doctor wants her to return again in six months.

There is "no variableness nor shadow of turning in God."

A great miracle occurred because God's word said there would be no variableness nor shadow of turning with God and it was HIS plan.

And that is the way it is.

The apostle Paul told us what it would be like in the last days.

II Timothy 3

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

(Humans only thinking of their own selves and not of what they do and don't do, and it's affect on others.)

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

These are perilous times.

This summer, we did a project and hired a team of 2 men ... "handymen".

They did an excellent job.  Then they disappeared!  Pam called them and they did not return her call.  Pam sent text messages and they did not answer.

This went on for a month or more.

Finally they sent a text message.

Then they disappeared again and would not communicate with Pam.

Pam is praying, "What should she do?"  That afternoon she told me about this.  God reminded me of 2 men who came over to my house to bring a sound processor.  They kept disappearing to my mail box.  Then when they returned to my house, they both sat on the floor and stared at the fireplace.  It was July.

Then they went back to my mailbox ... disappearing from the job again.

Turns out they were smoking dope at my mailbox.

When they left my job, the book case shelves were completely lop sided and the component they installed would not work..

The owner of the sound company sent his top installer 100 miles to the little town where I was living.

John walked in and stared at the cabinet where the components were and John said, "Well ... This is pretty bad."  John pointed out to me that one shelf was at least 3 inches higher than the other end of that shelf.  

When something is wrong ... don't try to explain it away.  Remove the trouble from your house.

Pam called that same day and cancelled the 2 handymen.  She had an appointment to meet with these two men the next Wednesday.

When you are in charge, just remove that person who doesn't want to be responsible for his or her actions or lack of proper actions.

Take the shortest route ... direct removal. 

Acts 2:40  And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
