The world:

The
people of this world do not have the Spirit of God in them. They do
what is right in their own eyes and follow their own flesh and produce
the works of the flesh of man.
Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft (living in superstitions), hatred, variance (to debate and vary with others), emulations (striving to be better than others), wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

divorce/remarriage and even homosexuals/lesbians.)

Both
the Catholic and the Protestant churches are filled with apostasy,
idolatry, changing of doctrines from the New Testament Bible, and
setting up doctrines not of the Bible.
The following doctrines are among those eliminated in church groups today:
Concerning divorce/remarriage:
Matthew 5:32 Jesus says:
But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for
the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever
shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
Romans 7:2-3
For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband
so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the
law of her husband.

Concerning homosexual/lesbians:

The apostate churches also set up many things for their people to worship which are not in the Bible. Such as: lighting
of candles in prayer; crossing themselves; praying to dead humans;
trusting in dead humans by wearing medallions or putting medallions in
their automobiles for safety; calling their ministers by names which
are not in Bible such as Reverend, Vicar, Pope, Archbishop.
When
Jesus returns, HE will destroy all church groups who have fallen away
from scripture in the Bible and who have set up doctrines other than
Bible for their church groups.
II Thessalonians 2:8
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume
with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of
HIS coming:

The elect of God:
The
elect of God are those individuals chosen by God with whom God
communicates directly causing them to be born again by the Holy Spirit
of God, by the will of God.
The Spirit of God lives in the elect of God.
The
Holy Spirit WHO is in us searches the heart of God to reveal the will
of God to us so we can go in the way of God as we live on this present
earth.
John 16:13 Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear (from God), that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.

At
the end of this world, Jesus returns through the clouds and gathers the
dead in Christ first and they rise to meet Jesus in the air.
Then Jesus sends HIS angels to this earth to gather the elect of God and they rise also to meet Jesus in the air.
I Thessalonians 4:13-18
13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with HIM.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (precede/go before) them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord HIMSELF shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

When
Jesus returns, HE will send HIS angels to gather HIS elect and take
them into the air to meet HIM and the resurrected dead in Christ in the
air.
Matthew 24:29-31
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And HE shall send HIS angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The
dead in Christ who have been resurrected by Jesus and the elect of God
who have been raised to meet them in the air, will all be given new
heavenly bodies.
I Cor. 15:49-53
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
(Paul
shows us we will be changed from these current physical bodies into our
new spiritual body which is in the image of God. We will be changed in
the blink of an eye. Blink. That is how fast we will be changed into
our new spiritual bodies.)

We will then be taken to the new heaven and the new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Revelation 21:1-5
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS people, and God HIMSELF shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And HE that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.
