Most likely these 3 lines of this Psalm should be read together.
from whence cometh my help.

which made heaven and earth.
Help
does not come from the "hills" as the first line would indicate if it
is attached to "from whence cometh my help." One can look to the hills,
but the hills are just the created, not the creator. Help is from "the
Lord", the Word, which made heaven and earth.

the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things
were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light

Genesis 1 ... In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Who is the God we worship? Who is the God of Abraham. HE is God who
created the heaven and the earth. HE is unlike any other of the
so-called gods. HE created heaven and earth and everything living on
the earth and in the seas. HE created and rules the sun, the moon, the
stars. They obey HIM.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore.
