God lead HIS people out of Egypt and through a vast wilderness into a promised land, a good land. And we have seen this. We were not there but we have seen it through the accounts giving in the Bible and we believe just as much as we would have believed had we been there with them at that time. In fact, in spirit I always feel I am with them for I am attached to them by the Spirit of God.
And God leads us today through this vast wilderness of life on this present earth. God sets the way before us and opens doors and gives us the way to go on this earth as we live here. It is the same way God led the children of Israel when HE brought them out of Egypt. God goes before us and is also with us so we cannot fail. God sets the way before us ... we have to go into that land and possess it, but it is already given to us by God.
It is like Deuteronomy 1 ...
21 Behold, the Lord thy God hath set the land before thee:go up and possess it, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.

... v.25 ... It is a good land which the Lord our God doth give us.
... Dread not, neither be afraid of them. 30 The Lord your God which goeth before you, HE shall fight for you, according to all that HE did for you in Egypt before your eyes; 31 And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the Lord thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place.
Seeing these concepts, living these concepts, builds a good foundation for us and gives good root for faith in God as our Father.
Whatever problem we face on this earth, we can know that God goes before us and makes the way straight. God has given us HIS Spirit that we can overcome for HIS Spirit in us is greater than the other spirits in this world and by HIS Spirit HE brings ideas to our minds to cause us to be able to go in the right way, in HIS way, and thereby overcome through HIM.
And in the leading of the children of Israel out of Egypt, God showed them exactly where to go and exactly what to do. It is the same with us today. It is not accidental that we currently live where we live.
The apostle Paul said: HE (God) determined the times set for them, and the exact places where they should live. God did this that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for HIM and find HIM, though HE is not far from each one of us. For in HIM we live, and move and have our being. (Acts 17:26-27 / NIV / Original translation)
The way is before us ... all we have to do is walk in ... and possess the land (whether it be jobs, or relationships, or activities, or tasks, or physical lands) It is not we who do this but God who sets our way. We just have to enter in. God sets the way for us as we live on this present earth.
We have the Holy Spirit to show us what to do and to guide us. When we see what to do we simply do it immediately.
