* Keep your heart with all diligence.

Joan Boney … apostle/prophet

Matthew 12:33-37    Jesus said:  Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.

O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

(Whatever we put into our hearts … or allow to enter into our hearts … will come out of our mouths at some point in time.)

A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

II Corinthians 5:9-11   Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of HIM.

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;

***

How do evil things get into our hearts?

* Evil comes into our hearts by thoughts from our own flesh.  Every thought must be judged to bring it into obedience of Christ, the Word.

Each of us have filled our hearts with many sayings of men and often those saying are not true.

My mother was fascinated by a country western song (though my mother hated music).  There was a line in the song where the singer said, "None of us are going to get out of this world alive."

That is not true.

I Corinthians 15:51-52   The apostle Paul said:  Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be changed,  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

The dead in Christ are raised first.  But when Jesus returns, some of the church will still be alive on this earth.  These fleshly bodies that we now live in are subject to "corruption" through disease and emotions.

Jesus takes us to the new heaven and the new earth which God has prepared for us.

We rise to meet Jesus in the air when HE returns.

I Thessalonians 4:13-17     But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him.

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent
(go before/go ahead of) them which are asleep (dead).

For the Lord HIMSELF shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

***

This present heaven and earth shall be destroyed by God after the great tribulation that is to come upon the earth so none of us can live on this present earth.

II Peter 3:10-14    But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.

***

The dead in Christ and the elect of God who are removed from this earth at the return of Jesus, will be taken to the new heaven and new earth, wherein dwelleth righteous.

Revelation 21:1-5    And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

And HE that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.

(There will be no more death, pain, or sorrow.)

***

Paul says we will be given new bodies, as God wills.

I Corinthians 15:34-38    Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:

And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:

But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased HIM, and to every seed his own body.

***

I Corinthians 15:44   It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

When a person dies, the natural body of man is buried.  When the dead in Christ are raised, they will not be raised in that body of flesh in which they were buried.  That body decays.  They will be raised in their new spiritual bodies.

Those who are living at the time Jesus returns, and are taken up from this earth, will not be taken up in that fleshly body which is subject to corruption (disease, pain, sorrow, emotions), but they will be changed into their spiritual bodies before they are taken up.

I Corinthians 15:49-53    And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep
(die), but we shall all be changed,

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

"In the twinkling of an eye" … blink … that is how fast we will be changed into our new spiritual body.

***

My mother was born again before she died.

But she didn't have all the pieces together and so far as I know she kept saying the words of that old, country western song where they say... "We'll never get out of this world alive" … which is not true according to Bible, for some will get out of this world without dying when Jesus returns.  Somehow my mother delighted in this "wise" saying of man.

The truth is in Jesus … the Word.

***

Ephesians 4:21  If so be that ye have heard HIM, and have been taught by HIM, as the truth is in Jesus:

***

Romans 12:1-2   I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

(Transformed by the renewing of our mind to the Word of God by the Holy Spirit of God.)

***

Sayings of man are often lodged in our hearts and have to be uprooted by the Word of God.

We look for that good treasure of God and we even dig for that treasure!

We must also keep that treasure stored in our hearts and refuse the sayings of men when contrary to the word of God.

II Corinthians 10:3-6    For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

(First we believe the Word of God and we uproot the evil planted in our hearts, then we teach others.)

***

Evil thoughts come into our hearts through our own flesh and our own thinking, through ideas presented through other humans who seem wise, through devils, through TV, through magazines, books, emails... through fleshly churches and religious men who see only with their own natural eyes, having not the Spirit … everything has to be judged by us by the Word of God through the Holy Spirit of God …

We cannot judge spiritual things by natural eyes.  We must have the Holy Spirit of God in us to understand the Word of God.

I Corinthians 2:14   But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Many evils came into the churches by natural eyes of men.

Churches all over take grape juice and crackers calling it "The Lord's Supper" or communion.

Communion with God is through eating and drinking the Word of God and by properly applying the Word of God to your life and to the issues of life today.

Crackers and grape juice avail nothing at all.  Yet through the eyes of man, such was set up in churches and hundreds-of-thousands of people religiously partake of these fleshly things each week in their churches.

The Lord's supper is that which comes down from heaven … The Word of God.

All strange doctrines set up in the churches today come by fleshly religious men who see through their natural eyes.

So we must see the Bible through spiritual eyes, through the Holy Spirit.

First, we must be born again.

John 3:3     Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

5-6   Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

(Many who are born again copy fleshly things at their own church, though often they feel uncomfortable in that which is set up at their church.)

I Thessalonians 5:21   Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
