The enemies of God, who fight against us who are of God, will not win.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

The past two weeks, I've had two very strong attacks, by enemies of God, who would stop the work of God which I am appointed to do.

In both cases, the Spirit of God rose up in me to give me God's judgment and stabilize me in the matter.

Here are the 2 stories:

***

Attack by devils though my Church of Christ cousin:

Reprinted from 5-29-2019

Jeanne:

To follow you and your thinking ...

First I would have to denounce:

Ephesians 4:8; 11-12 ... Wherefore HE saith, When HE (Jesus) ascended up on high, HE led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

... HE (Jesus) gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

***

I would have to denounce the Holy Spirit of God and the work Jesus said HE (The Holy Spirit) would do in the believer.

John 14:26   Jesus says:     But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 16:13   Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

***

I would have to give up part of Acts 2:38  ... the part marked in red ....

Acts 2:38   Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

***

One of the gifts of the Holy Ghost is the spiritual gift of exhortation, whereby the person exhorts the church in ways of God.  I would have to denounce that gift and these scriptures concerning that gift.

Romans 12:6-8    Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;  Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

Then I would have to stop doing the following two scriptures:

Hebrews 3:12-14   Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Hebrews 10:23-26    Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for HE is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

***

I would end up having to give up God, faith in God, the Holy Spirit, faith in the work of the Holy Spirit, Jesus and faith in His heavenly calling and all that has been done for me to prepare me for the work I do for Him and the church in edifying the church.

If I gave up these beliefs, then I would  have to return to the world and the way the world thinks and lives.

I have fought very hard to hold onto God (for the past 40+ years) and I continue to fight by immersing myself in the Word of God and the actions of God.

I just don't want to give up the things of the Bible.

***

Paul said, Acts 26:19-20

Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

***

I'd rather do as Paul did and cling to that heavenly vision and calling given to me by Jesus with God and Holy Spirit witnessing.

apostle and prophet of Jesus Christ by the will of God

To the church:  From Joan Boney

In a battle like you have witnessed with my Church of Christ cousin, you either come out of that battle more established in God ... or you are swept away from God

This is the 3rd letter to that cousin.

To view the other letters, go to right side of home page of blog and look under Blog Archive:

* Letter to a cousin (letter # 1)

* Fighting when attacked  (letter # 2)

I Peter 4   Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

13
But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when His glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part HE is evil spoken of, but on your part HE is glorified.

15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.

16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.  17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to HIM in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

Attack # 2:  From a member of our own church group

6-4-2019

This attack came by phone.  This woman was so evil speaking that I had to call Pam Padgett to extension to witness and mediate the phone call.

Afterwards, the following 2 scriptures ruled on the situation.

* Hebrews 13:17     Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

(This is what should have ruled over this woman and that which she failed to do.)

The following scripture shows me what I am to do concerning this woman who rails against me.

* I Corinthians 5:11; 13    But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

... Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Railer:  to complain bitterly or vehemently against another person

***

Revelation 12:12    Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

It should be no surprise devils will be rampant and will be speaking through us if we allow it.

When we are offended, we must take that matter to God in prayer and allow HIM to establish us and settle us.

Instead this woman just seethed until she finally exploded like an over heated kettle under a raging fire.

This church woman carried grievances against me for decades.

To do this is a sure path to personal destruction.

As soon as the phone call ended, I cried out for God to judge me and the situation, for I had no memory of saying those things for which she accused me.

I was given Hebrews 13:17 & I Corinthians 5:11;13 which show what I believe to be God's judgment in the matter.

***

If we persist in evil and harbor evil in our hearts, there is a strong possibility that God will turn us over to a "strong delusion" as we are shown in the following scripture.

II Thessalonians 2

3-4    Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

8-12  And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming:

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

***

None of us want to see another person damned for all eternity, therefore we speak godly things to that person and we even pray for God to allow the deluded person to see again.

But the time will come when accusers will be damned unless the Holy Spirit gives the person the sight to be ashamed and repent of their evil.

Witness from Pam Padgett (concerning phone conversation)

6-5-2019

On the telephone yesterday, I heard the woman from our church group strongly express bitterness and resentment for things she claims Joan had said years ago. This woman has been harboring these things in her heart.

As she started telling something she said Joan had done years ago, it was very confusing.

It was so obvious that devils are involved in all of this, bringing thoughts to this woman that she is believing and acting on.

At one point I kept having the thought that this woman needs to take each thing she thinks Joan has done against her to God, laying it out before God, letting HIM sort through each matter.

I told this to her, and asked her if she would do this, but she didn't respond.

Toward the end of the conversation Joan again encouraged this woman to follow this counsel, but, again, there was no response from her.

(JB ...Of course God would have to give her a good heart and soften her heart to do this.)

The railing accusations, bitterness, and resentment she brought forth against Joan were terrible.

She never showed any shame for the evil she brought forth.

She showed herself to be a railer and wicked, just as we are told in 1 Corinthians 5:11-13.

I Corinthians 5:11;13    But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat...

Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Railer: to complain bitterly or vehemently against another person

Comments by Joan Boney ... The thing that frightens me the most is this woman, in our own church group, harbored bitterness against me for decades without forgiveness over her perceived problems with me, and without even telling me of her bitterness against me in a timely way so we could deal with each issue before God.

As is so often the way when devils are involved, the issue is cloaked and even the offence is unclearly stated. For timely issues can be dealt with. Vague accusations are much more difficult to bring truth to light.

But God can pinpoint truth to allow her to repent if HE chooses to do so.

I certainly expect God to correct me as needed and to reveal truth to me in issues.

My job is to keep myself in a position whereby I can go forward, exhorting the church in truth and especially in the right Spirit.
