II Corinthians 5:6-7

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

I have never understood the following scripture ...

II Cor 5 ... 6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:

I reread that scripture recently and told God again that I had no idea what that means, "to be at home in the body ..."

Then I saw verse 7

7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

I think verses 6&7 are connected ... to be "at home in the body" would be doing things which seem good to you by your own sight ... faith is not by sight but is believing even when we do not see by sight.

8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
