We know from the Bible that Jesus will return to raise the dead and to take the elect of God into the air and God will destroy this present heaven and earth with fire.
We do have scriptures showing us certain things about the end of this world and about the new heaven and the new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness which is created by God for those persons who serve God.

Jesus will come through the clouds of the sky with the sound of a trumpet and the dead in Christ will be raised to meet Him in the air.
I Thessalonians 4
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with HIM.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (go before) them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord HIMSELF shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Luke 17 (Jesus says)
26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

With the brightness of HIS coming, HE will destroy the apostate churches.
2 Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:
The apostate churches are those churches that fall away from scripture and set up other doctrines.
The people in those churches fail to have a love of the scripture but accept doctrines other than the doctrines of Christ in the New Testament Bible.
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Those who cling to the scriptures of the New Testament Bible, will be gathered by the angels of Jesus and raised from off this earth to meet Jesus and the dead in Christ in the air.
Jesus says:
Matthew 24:31 And HE shall send HIS angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The new heaven and new earth wherein dwells only righteousness:
Revelation 21
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS people, and God HIMSELF shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And HE that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.

God destroys this present heaven and earth:
2 Peter 3
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.

Matthew 24:36 Jesus says:
But as the leaves of the trees bud and by that reveal the coming of a season, we know violence will increase toward the end of this world. Iniquity of this world and the apostate churches also will abound. The devil is even more fierce for his end is near.
Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Is this earth better now than in previous decades? Is this world and the churches growing closer now to Bible doctrine? Is television shown to people today closer to the morality of the scriptures than in previous decades? Is open approval of sins today being accepted by the world and the church groups?
Jesus says:
Matthew 24:12-13 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

We endure by clinging to scripture of the New Testament Bible which shows us the doctrines of Christ.
We keep our faith in God and in Jesus by the New Testament scriptures as we hold fast to scriptures.
It is not that we believe in our church group. Rather we believe in the scriptures of the New Testament Bible.
