Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
People often desire the "blessing of God" thinking in terms of possessions on this present earth. But the time comes when they cast their silver and gold into the streets. They see that such is of no value at all.
When the heavens and the earth start to pass away money will be of no value. No matter how much money a person has, he will be bound to the situation God has done.
Rev. 6 ... And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 13And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 15And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
When you die money will be of no value. Everything changes then.
I Tim. 6 ... But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 11But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. 12Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
I look upon the blessings of God as follows: I am thrilled that God looks over HIS people and guides HIS people. This is a great blessing. I rejoice that God shows us what to do as we live on this present earth. I rejoice that God's way is never wrong.
And I greatly rejoice that God gives HIS people HIS spirit to guide us into all truth, to teach us all things, to remind us of all that Jesus has said, and to show us things to come. (Jn. 14:26 & Jn. 16:13)
