John 8:12 ... Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Light is that which make things visible.
Jesus speaks to us by HIS Spirit, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth, that we would know truth and have understanding about the issues and people in our path today. Sometimes we have a scripture stand out to us by His Spirit. Sometimes we are given a dream. But always the truth is in what Jesus tells us.
Light is not by the reasoning of man nor by the wisdom of man. Light is by Jesus, the Word of God. Focus on that. Follow that light.
