We can shed "innocent blood" if we speak stories about people and these stories are untrue!
Proverbs 6:17-19 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto HIM:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

If we hear someone say something, and it turns out to be untrue, and we told the story to another person, we risk being guilty of "shedding innocent blood."
Matthew 12 (Jesus says)
34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

So if we have hatred in our own hearts concerning another person or thing, we will delight in evil stories that we hear others speak of those we hate.
It is wiser to remove the hatred by turning to God to have HIM create in us a clean heart.
We pray when we hate:
Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
(We can trust God to cleanse us!)
Do you hate Donald Trump? Do you hate Joseph Biden? Do you hate anyone or any thing?
If so, cleanse yourself by turning to God and by trusting God to create in you a clean heart and a right spirit.
And we must learn to avoid places and people who cause us to hate.
Learn to live on this earth as "strangers and pilgrims".
We can refuse to judge the matter. When I watch TV news, often I see the situation is going on but I just withdraw myself from that case, refusing to judge, and I mute the sound, not wanting to participate.
