Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Humans are often trying to glorify themselves with their achievements or appearance, but God glorifies those HE calls.
Romans 8:29-30 ... For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Glorified means: to be special, unusual,
"Special" is an interesting word. It means: "better, greater, or different from"
Everywhere I go, I know people are blessed because I am there.
Why? Because I am a carrier of the word of God and the Spirit of God dwells in me.
This makes me different, better, greater ... for few carry the word of God and the Spirit of God.
We are therefore glorified by God as we walk on this present earth.
Each person who carries the word of God should feel this way. For it is God who has made him different. It is God who glorified by giving HIS Spirit.
When we are with others who are of God then we are not "better, greater, different" from them for we have the same spirit. We are equal with the body of Christ by HIS Spirit. We submit one to another in such a case. The Spirit speaks as HE wills through whom HE wills. And we are all edified and corrected by HIS Spirit as needed.
But when we go into a room with people who do not have the Spirit of God, we are special, glorified, "better, greater, different" from those in the room who do not have HIS Spirit.
This should fight fear. For no matter how "important" a person is in the eyes of man, we who have the spirit of God are greater because we carry the Spirit of God.
