Keep that which God has committed to your trust.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

God commits to us, HIS followers, HIS church a trust.

As individuals, from time to time, God will speak a word to us by His Spirit.  It usually comes in the form of an idea or a thought.

We think on that word.  We do that word in an appropriate way. We continue doing that word.  And we share that word with others.

As we handle that word, doing these things, we expand the "talent" given us by God and increase the "talent".

Notice how it starts out.  God gives us a word.

1. By thinking on that word, the word multiplies in our thinking, as it expands in our minds.

2. By doing that word, we enact the word, making it alive in us and in those who might be affected in our associations, and those person spread what we have done or what we have said.

3. By continuing to do that word, it continues to multiply.

By sharing that word with others, the word expands further, growing into the lives of those who hear and do that word.  And some of them will share that word you have heard and the expansion goes on and on through many generations.

It began as a word.  It multiplied many fold as we appropriately thought on it and applied it and shared it.

Matthew 25

For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.

And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.

Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.

And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.

But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.

After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.

And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.

His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:

Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.

Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

That word God has given us expands greatly when we do these things:  meditate on that word and let it develop in your mind, do the word, keep doing the word, share the word with others

It becomes like that parable of the mustard seed:

Matthew 13:31-32   Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:  Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

That one small word given you by God becomes like a great tree which can accommodate many people as they eat off that word and rest in that word.

Galatians 6:9-10    And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
