Continuing to the end is critical.
Jesus said concerning the last days: And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
We do what we have to do to hold onto scripture to the end of our time on this earth, knowing the Word of God endures forever.
A person who enters a race, and drops out, receives nothing.
We continue to the end by faith in the Word of God and through the strength given us by the Holy Spirit who reminds us of all that Jesus has said. John 14:26
I was greatly helped by the Holy Spirit recently. Thoughts began to come to my mind saying this was never going to end. Immediately the Holy Spirit reminded me of the following scripture, upon which I focused.
II Peter 3:10 the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
