Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Jesus told us one action fulfills all the law. If we love others as our own selves, we fulfill the law.
If we love others, we would not do adultery nor fornication.
Why? Because this is a selfish act that hurts other people.

The works of the flesh often hurt other people.
Galatians 5:19-20
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness (defrauding others), lasciviousness,
Idolatry, witchcraft (observing superstitions), hatred, variance (arguing, debating), emulations (striving to outdo other people), wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

To tell another person off, exalts ourselves ... a work of the flesh. (often self-righteousness)
To set out to beat another person, exalts ourselves ... a work of the flesh. (emulation)
Overindulgence in the flesh, gluttony & drunkenness (even shopping to extremes) ... is a work of the flesh. (implacable: having no control over one's self.)

We live by the Spirit, by those things brought to our minds by the Spirit of God who dwells inside each believer in God to show that believer the will of God and to turn us from the ways of our flesh and ways of the devil.
When I am about to go the wrong way, the Holy Spirit will bring to my mind something to cause me to question that which I am considering doing so that I may be warned and stop and choose the way of God.
It is like we are travelling down a highway of God and the flesh and devil will try to get us to swerve off the road set by God.
The Holy Spirit awakens us and causes us to remember that which God has told us, thus affecting our decisions and keeping us on the highway set by God.
